OJT Reporting

OJT’s are DUE between the 5th – 10th of each month for the previous month.
EXAMPLE: September OJT’s are DUE between October 5th-10th.

OJTs will now be submitted online on your profile at www.wbfaatraining.net/OJT

Apprentices are required to view the Online OJT orientation and begin submitting OJT hours through the system beginning with January hours. To access the orientation, do the following:

  • Go to www.wbfaatraining.net and login as you normally do
  • Go to MY TRANSCRIPT
  • In the main transcript, click on the listing for OJT Orientation follow the onscreen instructions to take the course
  • Continue through the entire orientation until you reach the conclusion screen.

The orientation will only take about five minutes to go through and there is a downloadable PDF of the instructions at the end.

Note that beginning in 2021, we will be using a new California mandated set of five work processes versus the ten work processes we have previously used. The orientation includes instructions for how to relate the old work processes to the new set and this is included in the PDF download at the end.

This new system will streamline the submission, approval and tracking of all OJTs. It also provides reporting to supervisors that will be covered separately with authorized administrators.

If you have ONLY technical issues accessing the system, you can contact technical support at support@wbfaatraining.net OR 502-254-1506 – FROM 5 A.M. – 5 P.M. PST
